Event RSVP Privacy Notice
Effective date: January 1, 2026 · Last updated: September 14, 2026This notice covers any Neuemotion online event or campaign you RSVP for through LinkedIn, including LinkedIn Events, LinkedIn Live, and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms. This applies across current and future events.
1. Who we are
Neuemotion ("we"), 3180 Meade Street #4, Denver, CO 80211, is the data controller for the information described below.
2. What we collect
When you RSVP, LinkedIn passes us the details you provide at registration, typically: name, LinkedIn profile URL, job title and employer, email address (only if the registration form collects it), and your RSVP status. We do not collect anything beyond this.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
We use this data to run the event you registered for, including invites, reminders, joining instructions, and any follow-up materials or recording, based on our legitimate interest in delivering what you signed up for. If you separately opt in, we also use it to send further marketing about our events or services. We do not sell this data or use it for automated decision-making.
4. Who sees it
LinkedIn is a separate controller for your registration and handles it underits own privacy policy. Beyond LinkedIn, we share RSVP data only with Salesforce, which manages event communications, and with service providers who support the event under contract. Those providers may use the data only for that purpose. We do not sell or share it for third parties' own marketing.
5. How long we keep it
We retain RSVP data for 24 months after the event, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent, by contacting us below. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and California residents may still exercise their right to know, delete, or correct their data. If you're in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
